The BSE Sensex dropped 57.27 points or 0.09% to 65,421.78 while the NSE Nifty 50 was trading at 19,392.35 at the time. In terms of sectoral indices, the Bank Nifty dropped 45.10 points, or 0.10%, to 45,256.35; the Nifty Realty index fell 0.71%; the Nifty Autor index rose 0.19%; the Nifty FMCG index gained 0.28%; the Nifty Pharma index rose 0.16%; and the Nifty PSU Bank index rose 0.41%. IndusInd Bank, Divis Lab, Bajaj Finance, ICICI Bank, and Asian Paints were the top gainers on the Nifty 50 index, while HDFC Bank, HDFC, Eicher Motors, Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, and Wipro were the top losers.
